1. Acceptance of terms
By using DueClock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
DueClock provides expiry reminder notifications for business documents including contracts, insurance policies, licenses, and certificates. We send reminder notifications via email at your specified date.
3. Payments
We offer two pricing plans:
- Pay-per-use: A one-time payment for a single reminder
- Monthly subscription: Unlimited reminders, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location.
4. Limitations of service
DueClock sends reminders as a convenience service. We are not responsible for any losses, penalties, or consequences arising from missed deadlines, failed deliveries, or errors in the reminder schedule. It is your responsibility to verify that reminders are set correctly and that your email address is valid.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use DueClock for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to violate the rights of others.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@dueclock.com. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
